It seems that with the coming of the end of the term, the gentleman in question will benefit something for himself. And how can this be done better than through one-by-one tenders? Today, it was his turn for another dubious tender, this time for the purchase of headphones and computers.
It is about the procedure with reference number Ref-37522-07-29-2022 and with the object "Purchase of computers, laptops and professional headphones". The limit fund of the said procedure is 6,782,931 new ALL without VAT or about 81 million old ALL with VAT.
Now the "miracle" begins. Studying the relevant documents, it can be seen that the PC STORE firm, owned by Elton and Vitator Mehmeti, was declared the winner, for the value of 5,942,000 new ALL without VAT or about 71 million old ALL including VAT.
But it turns out that another participating firm has offered a lower value, not even a little, but with a significant difference of about 23 million old ALLwith VAT. For the above, of course, this tender would necessarily be subject to investigation by SPAK.
